Your will be working on these assignments:
- Managing Microsoft Office 365, as well as local and global desktop environments, systems and infrastructure.
- Providing helpdesk support to management and staff, ensuring the effective operation of hardware such as desktops, laptops, printers, and other devices.
- Leveraging your strong analytical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills to support the company’s network infrastructure.
What you need to succeed:
- Demonstrate strong commitment to customer service by communicating professionally in response to problems, and requests.
- Proactively monitor and improve IT processes to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to resolve technology issues independently when standard processes do not provide a solution.
- Solid experience and understanding of systems administration and network technologies.
- In-depth technical knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (including Intune and SharePoint).
- Proficiency in English, with a good command of the German language.
- Strong planning and prioritisation skills, with the ability to identify key priorities and determine the steps necessary to achieve them.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders, both internal and external.
