Your role will include:
- Managing and maintaining our networks, Azure cloud platform, desktop environment, systems and infrastructure across multiple locations, locally and globally.
- You are responsible for helpdesk support to our management (C-level) and our staff handling its hardware including desktops, laptops, printers and other devices.
- As an employee with superb analytical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills you easily cover the company’s networking setup including routers, switches, and firewalls.
What you need to succeed:
- You display strong commitment to customer service by using professional and courteous communications regarding inquiries, problems, and requests.
- Driven to continually monitor and improve IT processes with the aim of making them as efficient as possible.
- Ability to problem-solve technology issues, when the process does not have the answer, being able to work it out.
- Solid understanding in supporting and experience of systems administration and network technologies.
- We expect you to have a deep technical understanding and knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 suite including Intune, Auto Pilot and Entra (Azure AD) and desktop hardware.
- Being familiar with Sophos Security (firewall and endpoint protection) and Desktop Central would be an advantage.
- We are looking for very good English and good German language skills.
- Ability to plan and prioritise, understand what is important and how we’ll get there.
- Ability to build relationships with various stakeholders (internal and external).

- You will receive comprehensive, structured training from us and have the opportunity to acquire certifications, including your areas of interest in networking & cyber security.
- While troubleshooting general IT issues, hardware, and software, you work with the latest technology and are able to learn from our senior staff taking advantage of their knowledge and skills.
